![]() The agreement you've entered into with the sender is to supply the goods. I imagine the main message you've received from your enquiries is to contact the sender, and this is the correct course of action given these circumstances. ![]() Nor are we able to confirm the whereabouts of this item, since Peru are solely responsible for the routing of any parcel number pre-advised by them to any country of destination. The pre-advice we were given, and published on our tracking system at this time, never manifested with the arrival of the parcel into our administration. On 25/2 Peru pre-advised us of arrangements being made by them, to despatch this parcel to us for delivery in GB. Good afternoon Derek, I understand your concern at failing to receive this item - waiting between 25/2 and 24/4 is more than excessive. I have emailed you now, as requested, and I am looking forward to your reply. Dear Carolyn, Many thanks for your response. How Parcelforce manages to stay in business is beyond me. I had the same problems and I see that nothing has changed since. ![]() I only had one past experience with Parcelforce, around 4 years ago. Today, when the parcel was due to be collected from the requested post office, it was not there. ![]() So, I have requested for it to be delivered to a local post office, giving Parcelforce 4 days to move it between the two branches. = My parcel was left in a post office I never heard of that closes at 5.30pm on a weekday. Why even offer the opton of redelivery? I've changed my review from 2 star to 1 start. No action, sent an email, was told would be contacted by the depot, again no action. I requested for my parcel to be delivered to the local post office. Update from Another experience with Parcelforce, another disappointment. To anyone reading this I can only say that I have put the truth and hope this helps you avoid using Parcelforce and having the stress they've put me through twice in just over a month. We couldn't do that route today"!!!! How can a company do this? I paid for 24hr delivery and all I get is some telephonist giving the usual apologies and that is good customer service? A few weeks ago, Parcelforce delivered two large parcels which i tracked and found they had "been delivered"…and signed for!!! NOT MY SIGNATURE AND NOT AT MY HOUSE!! They had been delivered by a driver covering the route who had called in at a pub and relied on the whereabouts of the property (there are only 25 houses in the village!!) He left them in someones greenhouse and signed for them himself!! How can such a company operate when they haven't a clue how to deal with customer complaints nor deliver a reliable service? If they managed to send me an SMS to confirm the delivery was out for today, why not use the same method to inform me it was not happening? The excuse "WE DO NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO COVER THIS TYPE OF EVENT" ….JUST THE WORD "SORRY" How weak…as I said, INEFFECTUAL. 6:42 Rotherham dept received 6:56 Loaded for delivery 6:59 SMS sent (which I received) 11:00 Rotherham….loaded for delivery (AGAIN?) By 4:30pm nothing so I rang to check if it was a driver who wasn't familiar with rural routes (They tend to say…"couldn't find you" or "nobody in") Well amazingly I managed to speak to Rotherham depot…."Oh I'm sorry, the item is still here. "Express 24" parcel a present for my brother needed today. THE MOST INEFFECTUAL COURIER COMPANY EVER
